Physical Exercise
at
Cafe Reflections

Physical exercise is very important for the solo entrepreneur. A quick, fun and effective fitness routine is best for a busy soloist.

Often we don't have time to go to the gym, and a truely self-motivated entrepreneur does not like being forced into a fitness routine supervised by a personal trainer.

The idea of joining a social sports team is a good one, but usually is only a fleeting thought.

"When I get the time to fit it into my schedule," we say, and then forget about it, because we are busy setting up our solo business, quite often trying to juggle that around other commitments, such as family, friends, and even an income producing day job!

So what is the solution?

Fun & Effective Fitness
for Entrepreneurs
Working From Home

In 2006, I took on a client for my business, who had invented a new core training and physical therapy tool, the Gyroboard.

It wasn't until 2008 until I started seeing that this equipment could be a good solution for my own lack of motivation when it came to exercise.

Especially when elite sports people, such as Canterbury Rugby's Crusaders, the New Zealand Winter Performance Team, and several others started using it as part of their core training and injury rehabilitation routine.

As I helped my client more, I started to learn how effective the Gyroboard was for improving core stability, balance, co-ordination and propriception.

I know most of us don't have a clue what this means, which is why I've set up a new website about fun core training on the Gyroboard.

You will find a tonne of infomation on physical exercise and injury rehabilitation.

As far as gym equipment goes, the Gyroboard is quite small, so it's suited perfectly to be part of a soloist's home fitness centre. It packs down and can be put away, or you can leave it up and let the whole family have fun on it.

I've worked with a personal trainer to devise a 30 minute exercise routine which I fit in about 3 times a week, often when I'm taking time out and watching my favourite television show.

If you want to know more about my quick, fun and effective exercise routine, or more about my new website, please take the time to learn why core strength is so important for every single person who wants to have a successful life.
