Thanks for registering your interest to buy my book, Cafe Reflections on Christchurch City 1975-2011 which is due for release in early 2012.

We would appreciate if you could pay a deposit of NZ$20 to assist with printing costs. You can do this by clicking the Add to Cart button, or through direct bank payment or mail order (scroll down the page for details)

This way your order will be reserved and you won't miss out (This is being self-funded at this stage, so the initial print run is limited to 250 copies).

Estimated retail price on the book will be approximately NZ$49. plus S&H. The royalties from this book will be donated to a Fund to help the permanently injured survivors.

NB: This price is subject to final quotes still to be received from printing firms. The estimated $49. will be the maximum price charged.

We will confirm the price via email once we have finalised it, and will require the balance to be paid in full before delivery.

Please note that each copy pre-ordered with a deposit will be personally signed and numbered by the author before shipping.
