Thanks for registering your interest to buy my book, Cafe Reflections on Christchurch City 1975-2011 which is due for release in 15 October 2012.

We will email you the first four chapters as a pdf attachment shortly.

We would appreciate if you could pay a deposit of NZ$20 to assist with printing costs. This will also secure a copy that is personally autographed by me.

This way your order will be reserved and you won't miss out. As a bonus, we will also email you the next seven cafe reflections (there are 21 in total!) as soon as they have completed being typeset and laid out.

The retail price on the book is NZ$49.95 (including GST where applicable) plus S&H.

We will require the balance to be paid in full before delivery.

The royalties from this book will be donated to a Fund to help the permanently injured survivors.

Please note that each copy pre-ordered with a deposit will be personally signed and numbered by the author before shipping, and will receive the first ten cafe reflections as a pdf attachment once they are completed.
