Body Balance Deb's Fun Core Training Routine
Body Balance. Every single human being who does more than lie down 24/7 has it. The difference between motivated and unmotivated people is that motivated people have better balance. In order to improve your balance, you need to work on your core strength. This is because core training develops functional fitness (fitness which is essential to both daily living and regular activities). The solo entrepreneur is often so busy juggling everything, that fitness is the first thing to be ignored. I'm definitely guilty of that! It's all very easy to go to cafes each day and write, but after a while all those calories add up. My day job is fairly active, however I know I need to make good effort at increasing my fitness routine. For the past two years, one of the biggest projects I have been working on has been the development and launch of a new core training product, the Gyroboard. This challenges a person's balance, which in turn strengthens every muscle in the body, including the all important core muscles. Core strength is important because strong, balanced core muscles actually improve posture, fitness, health, energy and lessen the risk of injury.
